Why We Meet the Soldiers

Mom says there are a lot of reasons to greet the soldiers.  I go out there because for a lot of the soldiers, it's either been a long time since they've seen a dog or it's been a long time since they've been allowed to pet a dog they've seen.  I want them to smile and feel like they are home.  Mom considers herself the "Unofficial Traffic Director," meaning she wants to make sure the soldiers know which bus to get on so they can go to another part of the airport and fly home.  Dad goes because he loves the soldiers and loves helping me greet the soldiers.  Mom says the link below shows how important it is for us to meet the soldiers as often as we possibly can.  We are going tomorrow!  The flight should be in around 8:00am!
